Can I still use the computer to surf the internet?
Yes - you can bypass PICstick's security by simply typing in your password, created using our unique secure password system.
Can't my child just take out the PICstick?
When the PICstick is taken out of the USB port, the PC will automatically go into its default maximum protection setting which only allows basic functions, such as Windows or Office applications, to work.
What if I lose the PICstick?
If you lose the PICstick, you as the parent still have access to the PC using your individual PICstick password. To replace the lost PICstick, please ring 0870 242 2534 for a replacement, which is available at a reduced cost.
